If I play everything is fine, because the HUD is working. My problem is that I am unable to edit my HUD profile, or if I create a new HUD profile it doesn't save. If that's not the problem, please open a ticket as TT suggested and include exact directions to reproduce the problem along with your log file so that we see what is wrong. You can either select your new profile at the table manually using PT-icon > Change Profile, or you can configure which profile will be used by default via Hud > Edit Hud Options > Table Select. If you've previously moved and saved the Hud you'll need to do this once more (after the first played hand has been imported) and then do not move the Hud again at future tables - wait for your first played hand to be imported then the auto center will rotate it for you.Ĭreating a new Hud profile won't mean that it will automatically be used at the table. Wait until your first played hand has been imported for the Hud to rotate. If you have the memory grabber enabled so that the Hud appears while you're waiting to post the blinds then the Hud will not be rotated during this period because there is no hero in the hands so PT4 doesn't know where to rotate the Hud to. So every new table that opens I am forced to move around the huds to the right players which is frustrating. I've tried playing with the seating options in PT but no matter what table position I select in Pokerstars Configuration in the PT client it never gets the hud positioning correct for the players at my table. The problem is that my Hud never gets the players in the right positions when it starts. In my PokerStars client I have Always Auto-Center Me option chosen in my preferred seating.

Ive tried playing around with preferred seating a lot (i always have it to autocentre on both) including having no preferred seating but nothing has worked - one thing that doesnt help is on pokertracker the seating layout for a 6max table is different to the pokerstars layout so I cant choose a preferred seat that matches up on both. Note : pokerstars did start saving my hand histories to a different place - Ive changed it back to the correct folder though and it is updating with the correct stats on my screen they are just in the wrong place.

Erm I updated pokerstars and pt4 at the same time and ever since the alignment on my hud on 6max games is a mess - it seemed ok when i played a couple of tournaments on full ring tables though.
